Connecting Worlds is the guiding vision of Tara Theatre
The Theatre is run by Tara Arts, a registered arts charity (no: 295547). Each year, we have to raise £150,000 in addition to our Box Office income and Arts Council England subsidy. We actively seek to attract support from a variety of Trusts and Foundations and Wandsworth Council each year towards meeting this target.
And, especially, we rely on our Individual Supporters. Every individual donation we receive - large or small - is vital to achieving our annual target for ensuring the Theatre's civic responsibility to connect worlds.
Every donation plays a concrete part in supporting the work you see in Tara Theatre - from props, sets and costumes to lighting and sound designers and the welcoming Front-of-House staff.
Donations also support the development work that goes into creating a new play, hosting visiting productions and providing opportunities for emerging writers, directors, performers & administrative and backstage staff; as well as helping us share our work with larger global audiences through touring, live-streams and webcasts.
The options below provide ways in which you can support Tara Theatre.
