We are very pleased to be part of the Family Arts Standards and as part of this promise to make your visit as family friendly as possible.
There are baby changing facilities located in our accessible toilet on the basement level, accessible by stairs or lift. We also have step stools available for those who can't quite reach yet!
We can store pushchairs/prams in our foyer for you during the show. We ask that all buggies are neatly folded/stored to save space for other families wishing to use the area.
Coats & Bags
We recommend sitting in row A (along the sides of the stage) if you expect to have a number of coats and bags with you, we don't have a cloakroom but we do have some rather nifty seating in our auditorium which allow you to store coats and bags easily. Ask one of our Welcome Team for further assistance.
We have a lovely Foyer Bar area where we hope parents will feel comfortable feeding their babies while browsing some of our wonderful range of books. We also have blankets if needed.
Food & Drink
We offer free drinking water as well as locally produced healthy snacks and drinks for children.
For those little ones who might need a boost to see we have a number of booster cushions available.
We have a special reduced child's price for all family shows and babes-in-arms are free.
We state when possible the recommended age guidence for each show, if you have any questions around suitability please do contact our Welcome Team who will be more than happy to help.
Book Exchange - in our Foyer Bar we have a wide selection of books to borrow including a number of books for children and young people to enjoy.
We are happy to help with any enquiries you might have, simply call us before your visit or talk to one of our Welcome Team at the venue.
